We deliver! Although we never ship puppies in the cargo hold of a plane, myself or JP will fly with your puppy personally in the airplane cabin and deliver your new furry family member directly to you.

What Are Mini Goldendoodles?
When full-grown, our F-1B or F1BB Mini Goldendoodles typically weigh 15 to 30 pounds and stand at a height ranging from 12 to 18 inches. F-1B pups are a mix of 75% Poodle and 25% Golden Retriever, while F-1BB pups are 87.5% Poodle and 12.5% Golden Retriever. At Doodles of NC, we are meticulous in selecting the goldendoodle parents for our breeding program, ensuring that our goldendoodle puppies retain their adorable teddy bear appearance.
Miniature Goldendoodles are versatile dogs that are equally at home snuggling with you on the couch as they are chasing a ball in the yard. They are also highly intelligent, easy to train, and affectionate dogs that love to be around their people.

What Is a Mini Goldendoodle?
An F-1 is a first generation Goldendoodle, the offspring of a Poodle and a Golden Retriever. These adorable dogs have a wavy coat, which may shed to some extent, but significantly less than Golden Retrievers.
Next, we breed an F-1 Goldendoodle with a mini Poodle to bring forth the endearing F-1B medium Goldendoodles, that have that adorable teddy bear look. To obtain the irresistible Mini puppies, we pair a medium F-1B Goldendoodle with a Mini F-1B Goldendoodle, ensuring they maintain their delightful 75% Poodle and 25% Golden Retriever heritage. These charming pups typically boast coats ranging from wavy to curly, and they are exceptionally low- to non-shedding, making them the perfect companions for families with mild allergies.
What Is an F-1BB Mini Goldendoodle?
An F1BB Goldendoodle results from breeding an F1B Goldendoodle with a Poodle, making them 12.5% Golden Retriever and 87.5% Poodle. This generation is highly sought after for being mostly non-shedding, making it an ideal choice for families with severe allergies. The careful selection of parents also ensures the puppies have the beloved teddy bear look.
Is the Mini Goldendoodle a Good Fit for Your Family?
Mini Goldendoodles have a playful, yet gentle nature, and have a reputation for being good with kids. In comparison to larger dogs, Minis are also easier to handle on a leash and are less likely to knock over or play too roughly with small kids and toddlers.
These fun-size dogs are also a good choice for families on the go, as they don't take up much room in a car. Some Mini Goldendoodles are even small enough to fit in an under-seat carrier on a plane.
Miniature Goldendoodles can be slightly more affordable than larger dogs as they eat less food and cost less to board and groom.
Considerations
F-1B Mini Goldendoodles can be high-energy, so they do best with active families who will spend time playing, walking, or hiking with them. However, during long or strenuous outings or hikes, they may tire more easily than a larger dog.
